I had an eye appointment on 6/30/20, the eye exam went great. I went over to their boutique to purchase new glasses and lenses with the new prescription that they gave me. I paid them $1013.00 via my debit card for 1 frame and 2 sets of lenses (one set for frames that I already have). They told me that it would take 7-10 business days for the items to come in. I called at 14 business days because I hadn't heard anything and they informed me that their machine broke the right lense for the new frames and that they had to reorder the lens. On the same day I brought my personal frames to them to put the other set of lenses in and they broke the right lens on that set as well and said they would reorder that one as well. The new sets of lenses came in and the machine broke the right lens on that set too. At that point we were 3 weeks out on getting my new glasses and I asked if I could just get a refund so I could go somewhere else to purchase my glasses. They have refused to give me a refund and they have not sent the lenses/frames back to the lab as of today 7/31/20. I literally called and begged for a refund so that I could go somewhere else. I cannot currently see very well and am getting migraines due to this issue. That is why I went there in the first place. I am not sure if there is anything that you can do to help me but I feel so helpless and frustrated and if there is anything you can do for me I would be forever grateful

We did not provide the professional service that was expected - We have sent the lenses to have the lab process in full for us and will provide all frames and lenses she ordered to her and will be issuing her a full refund as well. Penny for Eyecare Boutique
