On 1/9/2017, 1/16/2017, 1/19/2017, and 1/24/2017 we provided organizing services to Mr. [redacted]'s wife in preparation for their move. move for Mr. [redacted]. Upon completion of the move, Mr. [redacted] signed for delivery on Bill of Lading, which stated the balance due was $3,315.75 for services completed. However, after depositing the check (Check #[redacted]) into the bank, Bank of America made us aware that Mr. [redacted] only wrote the check out for $3,050.75. Leaving a balance due of $265. On 3/14/2017, I contacted Mr. [redacted] in regards to the discrepancy. On 3/20/2017, Mr. [redacted] wrote a check for almost half the amount owed, $132.00, leaving a balance of $133. On 4/11/2017, our Operations Manager recovered 18 dish packs and 20 book boxes from Mr. [redacted], valued at $120. Since Mr. [redacted] still had a balance remaining to be paid of $133, the $120 was deducted from that amount.
