There was a problem with the product I received, probably beyond their control.
ASI responded promptly with profuse apologies, and replaced the defective items with items of a higher rating than I purchased.
I am both very impressed, and appreciate their going the extra mile to provide "above and beyond" service.
I would not hesitate to use their services again.
