we sent them a DO that was overweight and they said they can deliver it (300 miles out) for an overweight fee of $400
this was to be delivered the next day, however the next day they said that the truck broke down when this was a lie, the truck didn't breakdown it was just sitting in their yard..after 2 days of following up with them if their truck was fixed they said they don't have a driver to deliver.. then they said they would have to bring the container to a warehouse to trans-load.. by then it was day # 4 of having the container out of the port
we asked them if they can help us find a warehouse in the area but were not helpful, so we went ahead and found a warehouse 7 minutes driver from the yard where the container was and we asked them to deliver it right away to spare the perdiem of day 5 plus.. they send a driver at 3pm and the warehouse wasn't able to complete the transload on that day so we were pulled into perdiem $125 for day 5 the box was out of the port
to finalize they're asking us for 4 days chassis when it was their fault
drop fee (same amount as base rate) which was their fault
they're charging us per diem $125 which was their fault
horrible customer service.. ignoring phone calls.. replying to emails 6-7 hours later.. not helpful in any way

Billing Adjustment the max we could pay for this is the base rate + 2 days Chassis and even that i would appreciate if the can remove since we have now a $2000 invoice from the warehouse in their fault.. they should be paying that invoice, not us...

I have reached out to Innovative directly for resolution. We agree to most of their requirements. We will accept the issues at hand and take the freight rate to warehouse + 2 days like they referenced in complaint.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
