With a recent software update, one of the games distributed by Aspyr essentially "broke" - it stopped functioning altogether.
To date: I purchased the game ($60), two large expansions ($40 and $30), as well as several packs of "additional content," bringing my total purchase price to $177 - and this was on two separate computers (myself and my girlfriend) - for a total investment of $354.
After the games stopped working (on both computers), we went through the typical troubleshooting steps: We deleted and reinstalled the game, with no success, so I moved on to reaching out to contacting Asypr. I submitted a request via their email submission form on May 30. I've replied to that same email thread several times, and they have yet to reply and acknowledge the issue. I've reached out via Social Media, no luck. I've contacted Apple (the medium through which we purchased the game) and there was no option. After having to do some substantive digging on the internet, I finally found a phone number and called their office. The gentleman who answered was very confused and told me they don't speak to customers. I asked for a call back (three days ago) and nobody has called me yet.
