I went to aspen dental on Jan 27th to have a wisdom tooth removed and then new dentures .
I pay for 1st half of work
I get the tooth removed and they make me wait for my temp dentures , due to they don't have my teeth
color in stock , Okay I'm good with that . I wait a week to get fitted for new temporary dentures.
OK now I go back and get temp dentures and sent on my way but they then charge me the 2nd half of
invoice .
I go home sore and go to bed , I wake up put dentures in and then the side tooth falls out, I try to pop
it back in. and do so . I then put my old dentures back in my mouth and go to Aspen a 3rd time.
I show them dentures broke .
They take me in and begin to fix them
It was at this time the technician comes in and talks to me . *** “ the company doesn't let me have
the right glue and to be honest they didn't even have the teeth you have chosen , they done let me get
the materials im use too “
That's not a good look for Aspens Dental .
OK well he fixes them, comes back to me and I put them in my mouth , with in seconds the front
tooth falls out . He takes them back Telling me its the dam glue they make me use .
He fixes them yet a again
now they come back and put them in my mouth and now they done firt right , and they have to reline
them to make secure fit .
All that's done , now I go home and noticed that they charge in full for all work , note I don't even get
final; dentures for 6 months , no way these temp dentures are going to last 6 months
as of today I'm wearing my old dentures cause I have no faith in their work on temp dentures . My old
dentures are 7 years old and not one thing happen to them, not one !
So what I want is for discover to not give them this 1679.74
I spoke with them and now they are playing games and telling me im only intitled to 641.00
for a denture re- aliening .
Nothing is being said about final dentures and money off for temp dentures that are inferior products.
So now I am demanding a full refund minus the wisdom tooth they took out , that I agree I will pay for
but I will not pay for temp denture that broke in 1st day and now are useless
even the dentist said “ *** it these were your permeate dentures I would just start over, and throw
those away “ I see but its OK to give me denture,weather they are temp or not .unacceptable
But that's OK with them , but not me!
This is my hard earned money and it should stand they test of at least 6 months
So I want a full refund as I need to go to a accredited dentist .
They can have the temp dentures for all I care , my new dentist said now way I should pay a dime for
this work .
