Aspen Dental

Aspen Dental has been my dentist since August 2013. I have appointments every three months. Recently they scheduled my appointments six months apart. I have one soon (this coming Monday). Yesterday I received a call that my upcoming payment is over 200.00. However, I have spoken to them on the phone several times and that amount was never mentioned. I was told my payment would be 39.00. Yesterday they told me that the extra charge was for services received in February 2019. I have not received one statement, bill, or any other communication from Aspen dental in regard to this supposed charge from last year. Why did they wait for an entire year to inform me about this. I am most likely going to have to cancel this appointment due to the fact that I don't have any extra money laying around. If they had told me within the last six months, I could have prepared.
