Taken via phone from *** ***:To this day the company has only spoken to the mother of the lease holder, Mrs*** ***The company has explained the rules and regulations which contribute to the daily running of Aspen Court ApartmentsIn addition the information about security deposits is
within the leaseThe security deposit is only to be returned once the apartment is fully moved out and has been inspected for cleaning and damages or if there is a new 3rd person who joins the lease and pays their security depositAt that time a courtesy check out will be performed and the lease holder's security deposit will be returned to himThe lease holder's lease ends in days but there can be a new lease holder added even after thatIt is the company's understanding that the other lease holders are actively tying to find a person to ad to the lease
I am rejecting this response because:
The apartment will not be fully moved out until the remaining two roommates move out, which I do not know when that will be as they have re signed the lease *** did not re sign the lease and is no longer accountable for damages should they incur while the other two continue to live there during a period *** is no longer responsibleTherefore *** should get a courtesy check and receive his deposit
Mrs. [redacted] reported to the office that she had found rat droppings in her home. The maintenance team sealed all visible holes in her bathroom and covered the area with a metal sheet. They inspected the entire home to seal any open opportunities for a rodent to re-enter. The rodent...
did create another hole which was repaired and added metal scouring inside the wall to prevent reentry. My team did not smell any foul odor which is why we did not open the walls of her home to locate any rodent as this could have caused more of an inconvenience to Mrs. [redacted]. The team inspected her home for a couple of days to ensure traps were left and nothing was found to remove from inside of the home. We also contacted our Pest control company for additional traps to leave inside of her home, informing her that if anything was caught, our team would remove. We also placed bat boxes outside of the building. We have not received any additional communication from Mrs. [redacted] regarding any additional issues in her home.
