Review: CEO came down to our facility and scoped out work to be completed. He came back a few times and had his guys start the wiring. Since this was an ongoing project the amount of work had changed and timeframe was longer than expected. We gave him 10K in deposits and until today all that has been done is some ethernet wire run throughout the space (estimates for this work from new vendor 1000 dollars). We are in the process of taking other actions against him and his company but no one ever came back to complete work and/or give us our money back. We sent numerous emails to [redacted] the CEO requesting them to come back but they never did 2 years later. Would say his business practices are unprofessional at best. 10K for a little wire and some tie wraps- sounds high. Seems to be his normal behavior based on the hidden reviews for this company on [redacted] at the bottom of the page. I had to edit this review because [redacted]'s awesome software keeps kicking it back.Desired Settlement: Refund of 5000USD

I am not the type that will take the times to positive review, but this company really went far and beyond helping me in less than 3 months to open the daycare. They design and engineer the fire alarm systems in less than ten days and I had functioning system within less than two months. I then had to wait for a month for [redacted] to show up but it was not the companies fault. I am glad we pass inspection the first time around. Even tough the owner seemed to be busy with multiple large project he always took my calls and made me feel very comfortable and call me down when I panic thinking we will not make it. Thumbs up for ASM [redacted] who also installed the CCTV system and the burglar alarm. I will be glad t provide references for them
