I am a longtime customer and have purchased rugs from and had them cleaned and repaired by Asian Trade for 30 years. Their service has always been excellent. Recently I brought in one of my favorite rugs which was damaged by carpet beetles. The repair work was perfect and not expensive.

They not only did a great job cleaning my Persian rug but with great customer service and at a very reasonable cost. We will be back!

Asian Trade Rug Co. returned my repaired and cleaned area rugs today and then efficiently installed them. The men were excellent in determining how they would lay the area rug under a very large and heavy King size bed along with a pad. I was very impressed as I always have been with this company. The repairs were so good, I don't even know where they were done on the rugs! Thanks again.

Asian Trade Rug Company employees carefully evaluated and then we discussed damages and treatments for each rug. One rug required a creative solution to fix both the backing material and the exposed rug surface. Asian Trade did an excellent job. This rug, as well as the others, will give us many more years of use.

We had an excellent experience at Asian Trade Rug Company recently. They cleaned and repaired an old Moroccan rug that had been in the family for years. We are still talking about our first experience with Asian Trade where we could not believe their motto that customer service and satisfication are first and foremost--rare in a business these days, to have them stand behind what they say. A rug we had cleaned did not lie flat and would be a trip hazard so they offered not to charge us for the rug but to donate it instead, which we took advantage of. We were shown similar rugs and left with a beautiful rug we now have on our floor and are thrilled with. We were assured we could return it if we were not 100% satisfied. We now feel confident we can leave our old Navajo rugs with them for repair and cleaning. How lucky we feel to have walked through their door!

Our experience was very positive!! The owner, who happened to pick up the phone when I first called, seemed knowledgable and was professional. The young men who came to pick up and return the rug were very careful to put everything back the way we wanted it and to be sure we were satisfied. And the food stains on our hand woven rug are gone! That's the most important thing. The rug is clean and undamaged.
