All participants in our program have an extensive orientation that must complete prior to being accepted into our program All participation in our program is voluntary and all costs incurred, are disclosed prior to services being rendered All laboratory services are rendered by a third party These costs are on a sliding scale, and all charges can be reduced to a zero balance with a phone call to the labs financial department This is clearly explained on multiple levels to every participant and/or financially responsible parties Each participant is also required to sign a statement acknowledging these costs, billing and all other financial details of treatment No person is allowed to start services unless they sign these documents It is also made clear that if any participant has any difficulty with the third party laboratory, we are willing to help them resolve the situation If we are not afforded this opportunity, nor told about an issue, we cannot help resolve the situation.In regards to any discrepancy, Ashwood Recovery takes any accusations of deception, in any fashion, very seriously We feel so strongly about this that we would assume any financial costs incurred by any individual who feels deceived We would be willing to do this as an act of good faith and to demonstrate our integrity Furthermore, if an individual were ever to call us directly, prior to filing such a complaint, this issue would not be considered resolved by Ashwood Recovery, until the accuser was satisfied.Ashwood Recovery will do our part to resolve any discrepancy Please note that if correspondence/communications are not reciprocated, our ability to resolve a situation would be limited
