For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Triple J and I both agree that they did not complete the job that they were hired to do and what I paid in advance for them to do.The Water company said the water was not turned on at the time Triple J started working and checking for leaks, the bill shows zero water usage, therefore Triple J could could not have done the job.As to contacting them, I only reach the receptionistThey will not give me a direct number obviously playing a phone game. Triple J has not provided the services, by their own admission they said they did not provide the servicesBut they refuse to return my money paid to them for those services This is similar to other jobs that Triple J was hired to doThey start to work and quit before the job is complete, as other complains filed here show.

I have tried to contact this customer multiple times regarding this issue and she refuses to speak with me claiming that she wants a full refundThe fact is we were called by this customer who could not seem to get other contractors to go out because owner lived out of state, we agreed to go there
and repair leaks, under a kitchen sink and on a shower valvewe made the repair under the kitchen sink but were unable to repair shower valve due to condition of the valve once we disassembledWe called the customer and told her that the valve would have to be replaced and she declined, then started demanding a full refundI would be happy to give the customer a refund, but since she refuses to discuss a fair amount for refund, there is nothing that I can do.Also the total contract price was $ for the first service call, and the bill for the repairs was $365, since we were only able to make one repair I am more that happy to refund 1/of the $365, but customer will not speak with meI have tried multiple times to call this customer to resolve this issue and would really appreciate her contacting us

because I had contacted the company about the bill for June 6th less than hours after the first supposedly clean out and they said I would have to pay the bill after told like I said by shelby one of the employees and the other worker and also the supervisor told me no charge the second time thats my complaint.its not a way to do business by telling a customer that there was no charge and turn around and send a bill.If I would of been told they was gonna charge me being on a Saturday I would of waited till Monday because common sense tells a person your charged double on weekends

As we said before we do agree that we did not complete the job only because when we removed shower valve and found in disrepair the customer did not want to pay for the extra cost to replace valve. We have been more than willing to refund a portion of the upfront cost paid by the customer, but will only refund half due to making repairs on one of the two leaks. As for the water company saying the water was not turned on, we turned the water on at the meter to find the leaks in the first place, we then shut the water back off due to the leaks that were found.As for contacting us we have made multiple attempts to contact you regarding this issue, with the last attempt quoting you to say that there is no reason for a field supervisor to call you because there is nothing to talk about, and you only want a full refund.As we said before we were hired to repair 2 leaks for this customer, 1 kitchen faucet repair and 1 shower valve that was leaking, we gave the customer a fair estimate in writing of what the repairs were estimated to cost(see attachment), we repaired the leak at the kitchen faucet, but when the shower valve was removed it was found to be in disrepair, the customer declined to go any further with that repair, we feel that a refund of 1/2 the total estimated price is more than fair.

Perfect harmony is what we strive for and it is often achieved, but unfortunately, every now and then, difficulty rears its ugly head.    As requested by this customer, Triple J successfully unclogged his drains both during both visits. The customer was invoiced and he paid one invoice but the check was returned NFS.  Since June of 2016 many, many attempts have been made to notify the customer of his returned check and the balances due in hope of resolving the issue. The customer has had ample time to respond as it is now February 2017.  Just recently, this account was turned over to collections. No doubt the customer has been notified by collections. The customer, more than likely, has seen the charges incurred and these charges probably provoked the complaint, not the service that was provided.
