I bought a sectional and ottoman from this business on July 2, 2020. I was told it would be at least 6-8 weeks before it could be delivered due to the current pandemic, which is understandable. What I absolutely fail to understand, however, is why I keep getting contacted by the company to schedule a delivery (date and time) and then the day before the scheduled delivery date, I get a call claiming that it must be rescheduled because there has been a delay. This has happened three times now, the most recent of which was today. I was contacted by the company to confirm a delivery scheduled for tomorrow, and told the representative that this keeps happening. She apologized and offered to check the status of my order to see if there were potential delays. She assured me that it was showing that the furniture was physically in the warehouse, and that there should be no further delays. Three hours later, I received another call, once again stating that delivery would have to be rescheduled because there was a delay. Again, this is not an issue of impatience, but the fact that this continues to happen repeatedly is unnecessary and negatively impacts the credibility of this business. Everytime a delivery is scheduled now, I assume it will be canceled at the last minute, and apparently for no reason, as I was assured there were no reasons for any further delays 3 HOURS before the latest call to reschedule. I also tried to talk to someone from customer service, and an automated recording told me there were technical issues and I would have to call back later, before ending the call completely. At this point in time, I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this company. The lack of professionalism and credibility is astounding.
I have reached out to this guest, I am looking into her order with DC mgt, and refunding delivery fee back to cc.

I bought an entertainment center from Ashley in December which was damaged on tge right column and top pier nuts srtipped. They brought me out three different pieces on three different occasions, ALL THREE WERE DAMAGED. This entertainment center has gone on clearance since then and is also discontinued but they seem to think that I am tge difficult customer who has missed work three different times to be home for them to deliver me yet another damaged piece. They have offered me 20% of what I paid for this piece but the piece has gone on clearance since then and been discontinued. I will take the 20 % off the clearance price over 6 months later.
We have tried multiple times to resolve the product issues and offered guest several options, one being a complete refund and a gift card as well, which is outside of our normal policy. We also offered the option of 20% off the product in her home to keep it AS IS.
We will honor either of these options and are glad to do so, but we do not compensate for time off work.
We are waiting on guest to decide and we are happy to serve her.
