I purchased a mattress through their online store at their advertised price. Come to find out it was listed at that price by mistake and they will not honor the purchase. I was charged for it and everything. I contacted the home store in Idaho falls because it was going to be shipped there to be delivered via white glove delivery. I contacted the frequently about this mattress and was told it was on back order and would be delivered sometime in April. I called the Idaho falls store in April and was shrugged off multiple times, so I called corporate. The corporate office had told me that it was delivered which it never was. Again I talked to the Idaho Falls store to be told I can't get the mattress at all now. All I can say is this company offers horrible customer service and does not stand behind their mistakes or honor their online prices. I can't get the mattress I had paid for and waited two months for because of their poorly managed business. I was also told I was rude because I asked where my items were on my previous order that was directly through the store itself. I asked how I was being rude inquiring about the items I had purchased . I spent over $5,000 in this store just to be treated like this. I will never purchase anything through this company again and never want to deal with the Idaho Falls store again.
