get all information from his past dental work to what he may need now.  We tell all of our patients what we need to do.  We work very hard to do the very best treatment for all of our patients.  We do not perform unnecessary treatment or take unnecessary x-rays.  We have been in contact with [redacted] and trying to get this problem resolved.
