We were never able to access the resident’s apartment due to the locks being changed by the residentI had my service supervisor even take pictures since the locks were different looking then what we purchase and installWe tried several times from the initial complaint date of 8/10/to enter
the apartment to assess the complaintWe would email the resident and it usually was several days or more before she would respondOnce I emailed the resident about her locks being changed she stated they were notHowever when we went back to her apartment the locks were switched back to our ownOnce we got in we noticed the dirt and grime on the A/C ventsI had our maintenance use a moisture meter and there were no strange readingsYou could see it was actually dust/dirt that had become stuck to the A/C vent from blowing very cold air and creating condensation on the metal ventsThen any dirt/dust that blows through or around sticks to itWhen maintenance gave me the results of their findings I then sent an email out to the resident asking for the results of her test and that we would like to do our ownMaintenance then went back and the interior deadbolt to the front door was locked so we could not enterWe tried the garage door and the other lock was put back on that we did not have a key forI have never heard back from the resident since my last email on 8/23/We then noticed last month’s rent was never paid and no notice was given so we placed a day to vacate for non-payment on her doorAfter a few weeks we went in, since the locks were changed back to ours and noticed everything was gone and she had moved out without any noticePlease let me know if you would like us to provide any emails, photos and work ordersThank you!*** *** | Business ManagerAsher Apartments Alliance Residential CompanySouth IH 35 Austin, TX 78747(p) ***
