This company has owed me and my company for 90 days. Payment terms are 30 days yet each time we call we get told the check is in the mail. We fronted the expenses to do the work at a number of Starbucks and Bridgestone locations and they don't keep to their payment terms. We are in the process of filing leans on the properties in order to get paid. It's one thing to accidentally forget to pay, but this is the 6-7 time this has happened.
