Ascending Dove Service & Repair Reviews (3)

I was introduced to Ascending Dove when my home warranty company assigned them to me for an issue I had At the time, I contracted another (big name) company to conduct AC/Heating seasonal service Instead of cleaning and inspecting my HVAC and furnace as contracted, that company ended up turning off my furnace (it was winter time), told my wife that he had to turn off the gas to our furnace because it was a “safety issue”, and provided my wife with an estimate to replace the furnace I called the home warranty company immediately and they assigned Ascending Dove to evaluate the furnace Ascending Dove assessed the furnace and found no safety issue and turned the heat back on Additionally, Ascending Dove took the time to have me look for myself and explain why there was no safety issue I proceeded to enter into a seasonal HVAC service with Ascending Dove and that same furnace has continued to function properly I was upset that the first contract company turned off my furnace, scared my wife and kids about a “safety issue” in order to sell me a new furnace – I never filed a complaint but should have Ascending Dove is honest and tells you how it is Yes my furnace is old, and yes it could be replaced, but most importantly, it did not have to be replaced if properly maintained
I repeatedly contract Ascending Dove to do repairs and work in my home Ascending Dove gives me the facts, provides me with options, and does not try to up sell me I will continue to use Ascending Dove as they do good work and are honest people

I was introduced to Ascending Dove when my home warranty company assigned them to me for an issue I had. At the time, I contracted another (big name) company to conduct AC/Heating seasonal service. Instead of cleaning and inspecting my HVAC and furnace as contracted, that company ended up turning off my furnace (it was winter time), told my wife that he had to turn off the gas to our furnace because it was a “safety issue”, and provided my wife with an estimate to replace the furnace. I called the home warranty company immediately and they assigned Ascending Dove to evaluate the furnace. Ascending Dove assessed the furnace and found no safety issue and turned the heat back on. Additionally, Ascending Dove took the time to have me look for myself and explain why there was no safety issue. I proceeded to enter into a seasonal HVAC service with Ascending Dove and that same furnace has continued to function properly. I was upset that the first contract company turned off my furnace, scared my wife and kids about a “safety issue” in order to sell me a new furnace – I never filed a complaint but should have. Ascending Dove is honest and tells you how it is. Yes my furnace is old, and yes it could be replaced, but most importantly, it did not have to be replaced if properly maintained.

I repeatedly contract Ascending Dove to do repairs and work in my home. Ascending Dove gives me the facts, provides me with options, and does not try to up sell me. I will continue to use Ascending Dove as they do good work and are honest people.

Review: On June 21, 2014, I agreed to a Proposal for electrical work to be completed on June 26-27 and paid a $2,300 deposit to [redacted] of Ascending Dove Service and Repair LLC. Despite numerous attempts to schedule the work, no work has been completed. On July 26, 2014, I informed [redacted] that if he did not complete the work agreed to by August 3, 2014 I wanted a refund of my deposit. He agreed to deliver the refund on August 5th and again on August 6th, but failed to perform.
