I wanted to try one of their products , never received it , they charged me again and will not refund my money !
I wanted to try a product ,had 16 -17 days to cancel if I did not like their product, never received it . then they charged me $118.88 for the next month. I called an told them that I did not receive it , they said that they would not charge me the $118.88 and would ship out another sample (6/3/2020 ) and that I had until (6/16/2020 ) to cancel or would ne charged the $118.88 . Now on (6/5/2020 ) they went ahead and charged me the $188.88. I xcalled them today (6/5/2020) and they told me I would not receive a full refund !

Unauthorized charges made to credit card with promise to refund $60 from $89 charge.
Purchase made on May 3, 2020. Debited credit card on May 20, 2020, for $89.97 which was more than purchase price of product advertised of $6.84. No subscription of any other products, i.e. magazines, etc. made.
Full refund of unauthorized charges.
Fraud & false advertising on products
When I clicked on this ad, it portrayed free bottles to try & you just paid the shipping fee.
When I received the products there was no information that I needed to do anything else. Then I see two charges on my bank statement to AscendMalePower.com for $89.95 each. I called customer service number 833-633-6994 on bank charge to inquire. I was told that it was explained on the front page of the website that if you didn't call or return product you would be charged these amounts. The site I visited did not show any such page or I would never have ordered the items.
I would like a refund of the charges. They need to make sure that these conditions are explained on each page of the website & also included with the products delivered.
We attempted to contact the customer to inform her that all of her money has been refunded. The customer service agent who assisted the customer was correct in noting the terms of the purchase. However, we do maintain a full 30 customer satisfaction guarantee, which was certainly in play here in that the purchase was within the last 30 days. And we take full responsibility that the full refund was not offered by our customer service representative when the customer called in to express her dissatisfaction.
We have attempted to rectify the situation by refunding every single dollar that was charged to the customer and will continue to contact the customer to ensure that she is satisfied with the outcome.
In conclusion, we take our customer satisfaction very seriously and are disappointed to hear that one of our customer service agents dropped the ball. When the customer called is, we should have offered the full refund on the phone ensuring the customer was satisfied by the outcome. We have reviewed the matter internally and have addressed this training point with all necessary parties.

I accept the company's decision to give me a full refund. That is more than fair. Thank you for your assistance.
