Ascend Dietary Supplements

I ordered 354.00 in supplements from this company in 10/19. I never received my order. I contacted them several times and I get a recording when I call. When I email no one answers and the website is no longer on the internet. I've been scammed completely.

I purchased their product on line and it did not perform as advertised. I have tried to reach them by phone and email to get resolved get no response
I purchased ascend flex order ID # 2EXXXXXXXC On Line with my visa card on 09/14/2019 it was for 4 bottles at $ 176.00 I took the product as per direction on the bottle and it has not done what they claimed it would do. I have tried to reach them by phone 1 800 304 2795 and email [email protected] to get a refund and there is no response. This product if not the whole company is a fraud (SNAKE OIL )

Product did a good job lowering my blood sugar numbers and controlling my sugar cravings. I do not recommend the company. I signed up for auto ship - the first order took 2 months to get. The second order did not come and was told it would be delayed an additional 7-10 days and still has not arrived. When it was time for the 3 month to ship I no longer get replies from the company. I have cancelled my auto ship and requested my cc company to reverse the charges.

I ordered 1 bottle for $69.99. Problems with order. I ordered 1 bottle for $69.99, not knowing the order had gone through. They won't refund me $69.
I was online to order 1 bottle of Blood Sugar Stabilizer to try. Had shutdown of electricity. Did not realize my order DID go through. Meanwhile, I placed an order for 1 bottle of Blood Sugar Stabilizer, not knowing my first order went through OK. Meanwhile, my checking account was charged $69.00 twice on the same day for 1 bottle each. I called and talked with Bella, who said, "no problem, just send the extra bottle back and we will credit your checking account." So I did just that. When I received the two bottles, that were shipped together, I kept one and put the other in a brown padded envelope, added postage and dropped it in a mailbox. On May 1st, nothing had happened. I called and talked with Matthew. Said I needed a tracking number. I told him how I mailed it back and he said without a XXX number or a tracking number they could not refund $69.99. I explained how I mailed it back, described the envelope, and he said without the XXX number or tracking number he could not refund the money. I called back today 5/9, and talked with Heather, who said she was the manager. I explained everything to her and she said everything the other two had said. I told her I wasn't issued a XXX number, and I mailed it myself. Sorry, we don't know if it is the warehouse or if you sent it. I asked her to check with the warehouse and she just repeated everything really curtly. I live on Social Security and I needed the $69 put back in my account. I had paid $69.00 for the bottle I kept. The invoice for 1 bottle was *** However, the invoice for the other bottle was also *** I got to separate emails to confirm both purchases. One dated Thu., April 19, 2018 at 8:10 PM and the other Thu., April 19, 2018 at 8:17 pm.
They refuse to refund the one $69.00 into my account and talked to me hatefully.

I am a victim also believing it could help my diabetes. all it did for me was keep me up all night .No sleep for three nights ,then realized the only change for me was theses "miracle cure pills ". I quit taking them lo and behold went back to my regular sleeping habits. then returned as they had "guaranteed" 60 day refund still haven't seen the money.

Hi - I ordered trial bottles of both Garcinia and Forskolin and to only pay shipping; and have since been charged to my account 79.99.
On 10.11.2017 I ordered Garcinia and Foskolin trial bottles from an online ad and to only pay shipping. Since then I have been charged to my account 79.95 on 10.26.2017 without placing any additional orders. I have contacted my bank to have this scam reversed as an unauthorized charge, and am awaiting paperwork to do so. I have tried all "3" numbers listed only to get no one and the one person I did speak to said that I didn't have an account with them.
