The $invoice and refund in question would not be from ASC-Exchange it would be from an affiliated company Surgical Center Information Exchange. I have passed this information along so that the prior refund request can be
tracked.As for the ASC-Exchange trial subscription we will credit the invoice and if any payment is inadvertently made on the account we will return it immediately. In addition we will provide at no charge access to the ASC-Exchange website for all of 2015. The username and password can be found on the invoice that was sent.
