I purchased a 1999 Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor on October 29, 2020 from ASC Auto LLC in Hudson, Florida for $1000.The vehicle was owned by a salesman and sold as is with no warranty but when I asked the seller (Juan)if there were any problems with the vehicle he told me no, that there were none at all.I stressed this to him because I am disabled and I needed a reliable vehicle to get to my doctors appointments.He assured me that it was an excellent car and I would have no issues. The next morning the air conditioner stopped working.When I took it up to him within an hour after discovering that it wasn't working his response was that it worked the day before but made no attempt to make it right.The air conditioner never worked after that first day.Three days after purchasing the car I could no longer get the front passenger *** door to open of which I made Juan aware of,also no attempt to make it right Two and a half weeks after purchasing the vehicle I began having problems getting the only fob to turn in the ignition.The first time it was towed after spending forty minutes trying to get the fob to turn when it shut off at a stop sign and refused to start again.The fob only turned now and then and after that. And after the first time it shut off while driving it did it at least a dozen more times.The last time was December 30,2019,and I was unable to get it started again at all.I had to leave the vehicle unattended until I could get it towed. I had the Pasco County Sheriffs office calling me to make sure I was ok.Upon telling the deputy my situation he advised me to contact an attorney because I could have rights and to contact the Revdex.com.Because of this inconvenience I've had to spend hundreds of dollars in Uber and Lyft rides because that was my only means of transportation.And because of this I've feared for my safety due to being stranded and unable to start the vehicle for hours.Juan was also aware of the fob situation and it shutting off and disreguarded it.Jerry as wel
