Insurance carriers allow for a maximum amount of miles and, in most cases, will only allow certain dealerships to be usedThis is an issue with dealershipsNot all customer service attendants at dealerships are aware of which insurance companies they are allowed to acceptMost dealerships rely upon appointments being made ahead of time to make sure that they can accept a customer’s vehicleIn this case, an attempt was made to deliver the vehicle per the customer’s requestVehicle was not accepted by dealership, most likely due to no appointment being madeASAP took the vehicle to the next closest dealership to facilitate customer not being charged additional mileage and accruing additional costs
The owner of the vehicle was under age (years old) and did not have proper identificationWhen the vehicle was initially towed, the owner of the vehicle said that she had complete insurance coverage and that she was going to release the vehicle to her insurance companyOwner was incorrect in her assumption of insurance coverage that she hadVehicle owner had limited liability coverage only.Vehicle owner returned to release vehicle with her parentsASAP requested the ID of her parents since the registered owner was under ageParent of owner refused to produce their identification and vehicle owner left ASAP facility with her parents.Vehicle owner contacted her insurance company to validate her insurance coverage to find that she was under insured.Vehicle owner returned after several days to finally retrieve vehicleThe amount of days the owner decided to leave the vehicle in impound was her decisionVehicle owner was charged standard posted rates for tow and impound that were also explained to her when the vehicle was initially towed
Excellent service! I had another tow company out here weeks agoThe man was dismissive and refused to listen to what I was saying about my own carAs a young woman this felt belittlingI had to resort to calling my father to speak to the guyFinally I just told him he could leave and I refused to let him tow my carDue to my busy schedule I had to wait two weeks before I could get someone else out here to jump my carThe owner of ASAP came out very promptlyHe was patient and professionalI was impressed with his knowledge of my car's potential security measuresGreat experience overall!

[The response from ASAP Towing is incorrect We did not contact them until we made the proper arrangements to have our vehicle Once we were in agreement with the dealership that the vehicle was going back, did we contact our insurance who then got us in touch with ASAP Towing to pick up our vehicle The dealership was on standby, the vehicle would not have been rejected So it is safe to say we had an appointment If there were any issues trying to deliver the vehicle, the towing company failed their customer (me) by not making contact that very moment to help resolve any issues that occurred Instead, they left my vehicle to the next closest dealership I then had to pay for another tow company to pick up the vehicle and have it delivered to its original destination ASAP claims they did not want me to incurr additional fees, when in fact they did]

ASAP driver attempted several times to locate drop boxA drop box could not be located and tow was before hours so no attendant was available to facilitate the transfer of the keysSince the vehicle in question was inoperable and the vehicle could not be started or driven off, the only relatively
safe place for the keys to be left was inside of the vehicleAdditional costs to the customer were avoided by leaving keys inside of vehicleHad the driver returned the vehicle to customer or had ASAP have to return to mechanic to transfer keys customer would have incurred additional costs
As I have ***d before, ASAP contacted Ms*** and both parties agreed to a resolution of this claim.Thank you *** ***Office ManagerASAP Towing858-967-

[I was years old when I went to retrieve the car, but your employee didn't even realize thatWhen I first went I asked to tow my car, he kept refusingI kept asking him why, he would only respond that I needed to release it to my insuranceMy mom kept asking him why, and he would respond "I don't knowIm just doing my job." The first time we went since I didn't have proper I.D my mom asked if she could tow itShe had her drives license and credit cards he refused to accept themWhen we came back and he still wouldn't let us tow the car I asked to take my stuff out of the carHe saw my I.D before letting me into the yard, and he never asked my parents to sign even though they were both there with meYour employee was the reason why I wasn't able to tow my car out of the yard.Secondly, "standard posted rates for tow and impound" were not explained to me at the time my car was initially towedI was inside an ambulance, because of the accidentNo one ever spoke to me about my car getting towedI only received a card of where to go pick it up. My tow yard was left there until Tuesday because your employee didn't allow me to tow it out on FridayI called that same night if I could tow it out Monday, the person I spoke to on the phone said yesWhen I called Monday they said the tow yard was closed because of the holiday. Lastly, I went on yelp and somebody else happened to say that the same thing happened to themSo I really do believe my money should be refunded, because it seems to me that your tow yard is making the same mistakes over and over againAnd you don't even have the correct information to how things happened

ASAP towing contacted me on September 11, 2017, by phoneMr***, the Office Manager, said they were under new management and were trying to clear up old claimsHe apologized that ASAP Towing didn't respond to my complaint in a more timely manner, but they wished to refund my $and asked that I accept the check in order to resolve the issue.Since they were apparently disturbed by my complaint and wished to make amends, I accepted their apology and told them that upon receipt of their check, I would notify the Revdex.com that my complaint had been resolved to my satisfaction.Although I'm still bothered about the incident, Mr***, seemed very sincere in wanting to restore my faith in ASAP TowingI see no reason to not believe that future complaints of this nature would be handled on a more timely basis.I wish ASAP Towing well, and I'd like to thank the Revdex.com for following up and helping me to get this matter settled to the satisfaction of both parties.
