ASAP Auto Insurance

So I been going to the owner of asap auto insurance to do my taxes since 2010. I have always gave him every paperwork needed. Of course he was recommended by my own father. well one year he mess up and I had to pay IRS/STATE $3000. SO NOW 2015 IRS audit me again. He enter the wrong amount for my unemployment. He was gave the paperwork. so he can review what his entering. I now how to pay 625 to IRS because he was off on the amount he enter. His excuse, he is a human he makes mistakes. he claims to be in the business for 20 years. For him to mess up someone taxes. who you trust. For him to easily wash his hands & say I cant do anything. It was a mistake. He over chargers on each form. I am disappointment on the way he treats the customers who pay for all the things he has. People trust you with there taxes. Be responsible for the actions you make.
