As Good as it gets Cleaning

Review: We purchased a deep cleaning with this company and [redacted] the owner. It was clearly stated what we wanted done. The bathrooms were cleaned, the kitchen was cleaned. There was standing water left on our laminate floors, the oven racks were taken apart and just thrown back in the oven. The sliding glass door was not even cleaned, the base boards were left untouched along with all other dusting. The owner was very unprofessional and rude. She stated it took 17 hours to clean our "filthy" house and that it was unlivable and that I've never cleaned a day in my life, all of which is not true. They spent maybe 6 hours cleaning and fixing the many mistakes. The owner then decided to slander my family stating that she couldn't believe I let my 2 year old son live in our filthy unsanitary house. She never did a walk through to make sure I was happy with the service. Never apologized for stating that things were cleaned on the invoice she sent me when they clearly were not even after coming back twice they were still not completed!Desired Settlement: I would like some of my money back and the owner to remove the comment about my family on [redacted].
