ARW Electronics LLC

On 07/22/015 ARW Electronics LLC came to our home to assess our [redacted] TV. He determined that a part was needed as the TV did not display a picture only sound. This is a 60 " and the part was going to be $370 plus tax. We decided to order the part as this was an expensive TV. As of this date 9/4/15, we have yet to receive the part or service. We had already paid him $75 for a service visit. We called him several times, always told he is working on it, first it was on back order, then he said he called we never called him back, this is untrue! We have made about 10 calls to this establishment always told he is coming, this past Monday he said definitely we waited all day no service no part, no call back! He is a liar and takes advantage he took our $75 full well knowing he was never following through with this order.

He should not be in business, have no license and certainly be dropped from [redacted]
