Arvell Moore A/C, Htg & Refrigeration

We purchased a 4 ton air conditioning unit from this company in 2007 along with all new duct work. The unit has not worked properly since installation, and they would never honor the warranty provided with the service. I have since had 2 different companies tell me that the duct work was not installed correctly, and either was the unit. The customer service is terrible and the employees are extremely rude, and have even hung up both me and my husband on several occasions. Most of the time you can not even get a hold of them, they use a answering service off site, and do not return the phone calls.
