Ordered an acrylic 60x20 photo on December 21, 2109. Paid with *** 433.00. Company computer could not produce a receipt. I was told they would print one and text copy to me. Never received.
Was also told the photo would be ordered right away and it would be delivered within 2 weeks time, and we would be getting a tracking number to follow the order.That never happened.
Called on December 28th, because I never got a receipt. They finally sent one by text.
Called on January 4th, 11th, 18th, and 28th, for updates. Each time I was given a different excuse of why the delivery was delayed and never received a tracking number. Never received a firm delivery date.
Called on January 30th. Still no information, so I demanded a refund. The owner I spoke with just kept giving one excuse after another about what happened. I was finally told I would be given a full refund on my card I paid with.
I received a copy of the return receipt by text on Friday 1/31/2020 with authorization code.
And I was told by the owner that it would be credited immediately. As of 2/4 I still have not received the credit and called my card company to dispute the charge. The also informed me they have not received any credits to my account at this time.
