[redacted] The customer never responded to the e-mail. We can not issue a refund without getting back the sports complex card that has the funds on it already. If we issue the refund without getting the card, not only would the customer get the refund but also still have the card with the funds active to still use. There is no way to deactivate the card without it being present at our business. Please relay this info to the customer, as we want to resolve this complaint.
