When she looked at her contract after she expressed her concern about the job, it stated that is approximate start time October-NovemberYes it failed inspection because the pier inspector wanted something that was not supposed to be on the jobI called StLouis county and they reviewed it and

I am rejecting this response because:
As you see in the attached contract, contractor stated that the deck would be built late September or Early October.  Our deck was finished December 1st.  We were late getting our house listed for sale because of the delay.
