Artisan Warranty Services

I was contacted by this outside warranty company to cover my recently purchased VW Jetta. I thought it was from the dealership and gave them credit card info and signed up. Once I released this was an outside company, I called and cancelled the contract on Jan. 1, 2020. They refunded me my initial $195 but then looking on my credit card statement they took out $130.25 on March 1st and April 1st. I can't get a hold of anyone in that company to respond to my compliant and refund status. I cancelled my credit card and reported them to the Chase fraud line.
