Refusing to complete Contractors Affidavit My house has sold, the closing is on the 14th (days) and the title company has been trying to get this affidavit completed because Artisan took so long to close out the permit this affidavit is required to complete the sell of my property

Artisan Roofing was hired in Sept to replace residential roof due to age and leaking It was an insurance claim The roof is still leaking Artisan roofing was hired in September of to replace an aging and leaking roof on a homeowners claimAfter missed appointments without a phone call, the roof was replaced The work was never up to the standard I thought to be satisfactory, but apparently it passed inspection; so, I agreed it was complete However, the original leak continues to pour through on heavy rain days I've asked the company numerous times to please come fix the leakBobby the repair person for the company has been out several times to put tar on the area Unfortunately months later, the leak is still present The leak has now caused damage to the interior which was not present when the roof was replaced The last calls to the company, where I was begging for help as water poured through the ceiling, has gone unreturned I've had a couple of conver
