The membership for [redacted] was cancelled as she had specifiedTraining clients are able to continue training whether or not they have a valid membershipPer our personal training contracts, days written notice is required to cancel personal training which was never given to us The membership to our facility gives guests access to our machinery and facility while not working with a trainerWe do have some members that cancel their gym membership but continue to work with a personal trainer in our facilityWhen [redacted] cancelled her membership contract, cancellation of her personal training was not brought to our attentionThe $charged to her account was the monthly $that covers our Edge Strong classes with personal training which was months past dueHer training contract has been cancelled going forward but the previous balance was still owed on her account

We reached out to [redacted] on January 25th to help rectify this problem and have yet to receive a call backWe would be more then happy to help cancel her membership for her

We have contacted the member to help her outWe are aware of the issue and will make this right with herThe account is cancelled with no further due

This membership has been canceled effective immediately but due to use of the facility in March, we will not be able to refund the requested amountWe spoke to the member and asked if he tried to speak with anyone while he was in the club working out, and he told us noThe certified letter was also sent to the wrong address and therefore was never received by [redacted] FinancialWe came to an agreement with the member and this issue has been resolved
