Our company takes pride in providing service to our
customers.  AUGUST 2011  a HEAT PUMP,
 
Energy Star Attic System was installed.  
 
 
Yes, her unit has been serviced with minor problem, clogged
drain...

line; re leveling of unit in attic. 
 
In August 2014    problem with her evaporator coil did occur.   Due to extreme Heat index
 
 
several pounds of   Freon
were added to allow cooling until arrival of WARRANTY PART. 
 
 
She was contacted upon its arrival but refused service and
was advised of the service fee.
 
 
Several attempts were made to resolve the issue of
NON-PAYMENT.
 
 
Her desired settlement of a refund to something that has not
been paid is unjustified.  We hope that
our
 
Past service to assist in problems will out way this minor
problem.
 
Artie’s endeavor is to satisfy our customers and provide the
