& every bride has the opportunity to purchase ‘Additional Declared Value
Insurance’ in ‘Section 4’ of their order form.
The
‘declared value’ of gown/package represents Memories Gown Preservation’s
maximum liability for a gown in the case of loss or damage If no
value is declared, MemoriesGP’s maximum liability for loss or damage to a gown
from a ‘*** *** Preservation Kit’ is US$(or the equivalent in local
currency). Unfortunately you did not choose to pay for any ‘Additional
Declared Value Insurance’
At
this point we are turning in the claim/settlement to our financial department
for $
and you will receive a check in the mail within 3-weeks. This is Memories
Gown Preservation & *** ***s final settlement and final
communication in regards to the $claim.
We
apologize that we were not able to fix the mistake and issue and will do our
best to discuss the issue with our *** Rep to make sure that this does not occur with brides in the future
