A few months ago, I used Artesian Plumbing to replace the faucets and shower heads in two bathrooms. One bathroom faucet was completed with no problems, however, the second bathroom faucet was a mess. The faucet was left extended about one inch from the wall and was filled in with putty and leaked. Artesian Plumbing did come back and fix the faucet. At this time we asked if they could fix a leaky toilet and we were advised they would fix it at no charge due to the shoddy work on one of the bathroom faucets. Well, they did not have the right size flapper for the toilet so instead of fixing it like he promised. He left and we never saw him again.
Most of the work was okay but I did have a problem with this plumber having to come back out to fix a problem that should not have been a problem and advising he would fix the toilet but did not since he did not have the right parts with him on his truck.
