I purchased leather arm chairs from them in December, 2007 at a cost of over $300 each, with shipping closer to $400. I am 5'1" tall and weight only 120, chairs were hardly ever used. In March of 2014 the leather on all the chairs started cracking and peeling off, even the chairs never sat on. Company refused to do anything other than sell me new chairs! The leather wasn't 100% Genuine cowhide which I paid for, but cheap bonded leather.
