I am very very disappointed about art van furniture bought a couches like years ago they told me its leatherAcutely they gave me rexine instead leathernow everything coming out and unable to use it anymore

My husband and I were highly displeased with Carlson Bros We used them for a water heater replacement and they left the place much worse than when it started There was a path of standing water out of our basement and on our wooden basement stairs, including a rusty ring from the old water heater There was dirt on our washing machine and mud by the water heater from their bootsMy husband wasn't home when they were working because they were late and he had to go to work We had to hire a professional cleaner While they didn't need to clean the leaking water from the old heater, they didn't need to leave the place in such a state They clearly didn't test the water heater before leaving as when we tested it, dirty water came out firstWhen we contacted the company, they finally called us back a few days laterWe presented pictures to show the conditionThe individual my husband talked to (one of the owners I believe) laughed at my husband's remarks and mocked himWe asked simply for reimbursement for the cleaning and they are now ignoring us Highly disappointed and will never use this company again Spreading the word in the Northland about the poor service of Carlson Bros ??
