We received a gift certificate for $to a class at Art Plus Studio
Registration is an ‘on-line’ process
We registered on 5/18/for a class to be held on Sat(5/27)
Cost of the class was $
We found no provision in the on-line registration to indicate that we were in possession of a gift certificate
We provided a visa number thinking it was solely to guaranty appearance at the class
We appeared on Sat(5/27) and indicated that we had a gift certificate and surrendered it to the representative from Art Plus Studio
Shortly after the class the studio billed our visa account for $
We attempted to resolve this matter directly with Art Plus Studio and received the following e-mail:
