Art of Eyebrows

I went to the Art of Eyebrows Fox Run Mall location on 01/31/20 to get my eyebrows threaded. I asked the woman to just clean up the outer 3rd of my eyebrows and remove a few of the stray hairs. I told the woman I like my eyebrows thick, did not want them shaped or made to be thin and to be left alone other than the stray hairs under the lower third of my brows. I rieterated this request a second time before she started and she acknowledged that she understood both times. I was polite and just telling her my preferences.
The eyebrow tech disregarded my request entirely and removed most of my eyebrows on both sides, including removing the outer third of my left eyebrow entirely leaving it short and mishapen.
I have a health condition that has made it so my eyebrows cannot grow back. I spent years growing out my eyebrows and getting them to the shape that I desired. This woman violated my wishes and it has drastically altered my appearance and caused permanant damage as my eyebrows wont grow back and what she did cannot be undone.
She knew what I asked. This has negatively effected my appearance and now I need to consider eyebrow tattooing or microblading procedures to fix the botch job that she did which could cost me as much as $500. She had no right to violate me this way and go against my wishes when it's my body, my appearance etc.
The reviews for this location reveal that this is not the first time this has happened and others seem to have similar horror stories.
