Review: I went to the nail shop Art Nails in Anderson, CA and I asked when I went into the business how much for a pedicure? they told me $25 so I picked a nail polish color and sat down where they told me to. I waited 1 1/2 hours to get this pedicure done and finally the lady came over and started. when she got to the part of painting my nails I looked for my nail color and it was no where to be found and she did my nails how she thought I should have them done like last time. However I didn't go to that business last time I got my nails done so she just assumed I wanted the same thing. so when I went to pay I said $25 right? she said no $45 I said what? 45 why? she said you have gel that's what you get is gel. I said I didn't even want that my polish that I picked is no where to be found and you just did this. she said no matter 45. so I paid. and told her I would never be back she said yes you will. I was very angry when I left.Desired Settlement: I have no issues paying for services that I get however when I am quoted $25 I expect to pay just that. she charged me $45 all I want is my $20 that I should not have paid. that's all.
