on. I had no way of knowing that. At any rate this did not cause her problem. On a side note I don't think its right and maybe not legal to video people without their consent and then post it on the internet. Although I have no problem with what I said to her. I was professional. I have plenty of satisfied customers and good reviews. She is just trying to make someone else pay for a problem she had the day after she bought the car. Maybe she should talk to the person she bought the car from. All I did was try to help them out and this is what I get for it. Thanks alot.
