while at half moon bay car show apr 27, I contracted for a t shirt

he did not do it in time alloted and said he would do it and mail it a description of the t shirt was detailed 40 usd was given for payment in full and I was assured he would follow thru. mr [redacted] has not responded in any way whatsoever !!!Desired Settlement: refund of 40 usd payment by postal order would not trust a personal check
