I am rejecting this response because:Ms***'s argument that she wouldn't hand over the files because I didn't pay her bears no relation to my compliantShe only brought this up only AFTER I asked her to give me the files and release my URLShe freely admits in THIS email that she agreed to continue working with me although she knew I was unable to pay herHer complaint has no validity because she agreed to do itShe had no claim to any further money because she freely broke the contract herself.Ms*** says she sent me the code for the website, this is correctBut she did not send me what I asked for, which were the website filesYou can see in EVERY email that I requested for her to send WEB FILESWhat she did send me is an incomplete, unorganized and useless mess of incomprehensible codeI attempted to upload the code she sent me to my new URL and what I saw looks nothing like the webpage she finally completed in December, 2017, a full months after the agreed upon date.I have been unable to pursue my business for nearly months because Ms*** will not give me the website files I paid forShe can argue what she wants about the contract, which she agreed to break, but the fact remains, I paid for something that I did not receiveI am more than happy to withdraw my complaint when Ms *** provides me with something that I can use in my businessUntil then, the complaint remains

Ms *** agreed to transfer the files and website in an email and on the phone but didn't This only happened after I requested she transfer control of the website to meBefore this, she was fine continuing to work with meSee screenshots.I have other screenshot of emails where I request a refund but she refuses.I have tried to compromise with her, I will agree to let her have the $1,I paid her for the website provided she transfer the files and my URL but I want a refund of the remaining 6,I paid her for social media marketing activities she did not provide. I have additional screenshots of pertinent emails to back up my request.*** ***

I'm requesting that the Revdex.com read the contract between Mrs. [redacted] and myself that I attached in my initial reply. When you read the contract you'll find Mrs. [redacted] is directly and in fact lying. The initial $7400 was for the website which was completed, launched and approved back in December. Please read the contract. When you do read the contract please note these facts:The previous client broke the contract due to non payment back in November due to non payment. Although I had the right to cease helping her and creating the website - I still completed the website. I more than fulfilled my responsibilities. I have also given the client the code to the website itself - which again I was under no obligation to submit. If you'd like a copy of the email where I sent the file and the file itself, please let me know. The fact is the client still owes me $6000.00 that was not paid in November nor January. She claimed she couldn't continue paying the contract due to her partner not wanting to financially back her anymore. I am sure it's because he saw her quality of work and decided to pass or it's due to the multiple complaints her co-workers launched against her at [redacted].This false claim is being launched out of greed and desperation. I know this client personally and I'm familiar with her pattern of lying and bullying simply to get what she wants. If you simply read the contract and request proof of payment, you'll easily see she is lying. Please read the contract. Thank you for your time and attention in this matter. This is all in the contract. Please read it. This is becoming rediculous.

As you will see from the attached contract that was signed by [redacted] and myself, payments were due on certain dates - which she paid late the second and upon the 3rd payment being 30 days late and never paid the $6000 owed in November nor December. As you will see from the contract I had...

'within about 30 days to complete the website once all content was submitted.  I completed the site within about 30 days after all content was received. [redacted] was late in her 3rd payment by 1 month and never paid the remaining contract fee of $6000.00. It would be a shorter response to point out what she has told the truth about. I created the website and launched it early December. As you will see from the attached email she later demanded that I turn over hosting permissions. She then later sent a lengthy and bizarre email stating she would create a different hosting name - i.e. didn't need me to grant her my hosting permissions and passwords. What she oddly forgot is she has always had ownership of the website name. [redacted] broke the contract initially by paying the third payment 30 days late and then by not paying at all. She also failed to provide any content towards any form of social media.  There is nothing in the contract stating that I have to give her permissions to my hosting. You will see in the final page that I have the right to cease work if payment is not received. Her last payment was late by 30 days and paid in October. I continued working on the website into December. I more than met my obligation. I also released hosting of the site earlier today.  She has always had the domain name and was free to do whatever she wanted to do with the work itself. I was going to do her the extra favor of releasing the site but didn't want to give her access to my hosting after receiving her very bizarre and spiteful emails. Again, I refer back to the contract, I was NEVER at any point obliged to grant her hosting permissions. Also, as she knows, part of the reason I granted her such a huge discount was so that I could have creative control of my work - which is why I was hesitant at first, but was going to grant her permission until her bizarre and demanding emails were sent. Again, the fact is she was demanding something I was under no contractual obligation to provide. It's unfortunate that this situation has wasted your time. It's all in the vain attempt to have me release the site, which I did earlier today. I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com in Texas due to non payment and insane, bizarre harassing emails, including out and out lying pertaining to what was paid for when and claiming I never replied to her. If anything, this should be seen as fraud on her part. I appreciate your time in reviewing the matter. As you'll see from the contract; she broke it and she will not be able to furnish proof pertaining to paying me in full because as she well knows - she didn't. Feel free to review the email she sent last month as a means to recognizing she's lying. If you'd like further proof pertaining to late payments and non -payment please let me know. Also if you want a scanned copy of the signed contract, which is the same contract I'm sending to you now (it's on my other laptop) please let me know.
