Arrow Landscaping

Mark, the owner of Arrow Landscaping came to my property October 2019 to *** from my property and in doing so, they *** in the back yard. They said they would fix it and they never did.The *** landed on my above ground pool. At this point it was November by the time they had actually come to do the work. We have been in contact throughout the winter. They admitted fault, and said they would replace the pool in the spring. *** I tried contacting them Wednesday and they said they would be coming to my house soon since they just started work again. I told him to keep me posted about a timeline for when they would come. Then I remembered I forgot to ask them something so I tried texting and calling them this past Sunday March 15th and I received an auto reply saying that I have been blocked
