I was provided with a quote for a two night stay at this resort by *** on 1/10/at 7:30pmI stated that I would make a decision with my husband and call back to confirm the reservationUpon calling back today I was told that although rooms were still available they would no longer honor the quoted rateMy request to deal with the manager on duty, also name ***, was deniedI provided my contact information to the reservations agent in hopes that the manager would contact me to find resolutionI have not received a phone call,nor have I received a response to the follow up email I sent
I feel that I was misled in given a low quote, and that it was attempted to extract additional funds at the time of confirmation
