Well I am sorry for your problems that you seem to have with my company I just want to get the facts straight I own the company Michelle S [redacted] not a man also I tried to set up an appoint with you not my assistant however you got very mad and would not let me say anymore then threatened my company and hung up on the other hand I am glad that you air conditioner is fixed and you are happy with them
Yes last year we at location for a noise complaint when we arrived the technician could not find any noise but looked over system to see if he could find anything that might cause the noise and charged $and yes asked customer to record noise if happened again so maybe we could narrow down the locationWe never heard anything till now and yes a little confusion on our employee at front desk about what needed to be done so when I was told what was going on I then talked to customer I wanted to hear his side of the story now when he was talking to me I tried several times to reply back to him however he would not let me, I know he did not realize he was talking with the owner at this time and yes the superintendent was the person also talking now on that point it is not and never will be my company policy to stand at a customer's house and charge them $an hour to wait for the noise to take place if the problem is not occurring at the time of the call we can not diagnose and repair it would waist customer money and my technician's time that he could be on other customer's houses Yes he has a recording from more 10-months ago and yes we would listen to the video however when I asked him if the problem was occurring now he said no and I tried to tell him that I would not charge the first half hour for this issue and again he would not let me talk I was trying to tell him that I would send tech out at no charge to listen to video then go from there as to whether we could do anything however he started yelling then threatened to sue my company and turn me in to Revdex.com and used other words that I will not repeat then hung upThe next day I received this noticeAgain my offer still stands he will need to only talk to me if he is reasonable I have no problems

I am rejecting this response because:this is just a continuation of the level of service this company offers. The owners reply just admitted having provided less than expected customer service from a Revdex.com affiliated company in many occasions and while doing so also made comments that are nor here or there.. Expecting me to remain calm during the phone call in the dispute after the admitted poor customer service is not only expected but it is my right, as is the complaint I have filed. If the owner truly have had treated me with respect in the beginning there would have not been a need for all this. The owner says that he offered me half of the service fee but also failed to comment that after me accepting his offer the lady at the desk told me that original date and time I had just reserved for them to come was not available anymore and that she did not know when another time would be available (basically blowing me off). I am happy to say that 24 hour heating and cooling have taken care of my unit, not only treating me with respect but also evaluating and fixing my unit in less than an hour.. $305 was happily paid to them. I only hope that the $109 that I paid to Arrowhead for nothing was well worth all this, I say that because not only will I never seek their services again, I will make sure all my neighbors and friends know how they treat their customers.

Well.. A man interjected in the phone call, if it was you, a woman, I would have have known, also introducing yourself also helps when talking to people in phone calls and in general communication. I don't have a problem with your company, in matter of fact I can care less about your company and that is the reason I initiated this complaint, because it shouldn't be that way. Your service in customer service is horrible and I hope I never hear of you ever again. Enjoy my money for nothing.Complaint: [redacted]
