They do not stand behind their productsI had to put the truck I bought in the shop directly after buying it from them and they do not wanna take care of it or make it rightOnce they get their money and you sign your paperwork it is no longer their problem

I just started out on my own after years being a company driver and went to Arrow Truck Sales Tampa to purchase my future livelihood but Arrow left me feeling like I made a huge mistake because the truck they sold me was a lemon..I’ve been an owner operator now for a little over a year and ive spent over $15,on repairs that the warranty they sold me never covers and I reached out to the salesman that sold me the truck to try and help me with my problem weather it be getting me into another truck or helping me out with my repairs and got no replies..so buyers beware of buying a truck from Arrow truck sales because they don’t care about you and don’t stand behind there sales once you leave the lot

I purchased a vehicle from Arrow Truck Sales out of Cincinnati, OH back on August 27,and I have not driven the truck one day due to the lies of the service manager and service staffI was given a "service to be completed" form by my salesman and was told to log any problems that I found after test driving the truckI found multiple issues with the truck and I was told that the items on the list would be fixed upon my returnI live in West Bloomfield Michigan, about miles away I am not a mechanic but I have been driving for over years and I know how a truck is supposed to sound and feelOn September 4th, I returned to Arrow to pick up my truck and I was fed a bunch of lies, that nothing was wrong with the truck, even though I questioned there LEAD mechanics knowledge and knew that he was lyingArrow refused to do anymore repairs because they said," do to how the deal was structured, we're not allowed to put anything else into the truck"I found out later from the w

*** *** *** of ** *** *** purchased a truck from Arrow Truck Sales and took delivery of it on 02/17/The truck came with a free day/25,mile (whichever came first) limited warranty with a finite list of covered components and also the maximum dollar amount of such coverage -
I explained the limited warranty to *** *** at the time of purchase and encouraged him to purchase an additional extended warranty which he declined*** *** was given every opportunity to test drive and check the truck thoroughly before purchase, including running a stationary regeneration cycle of the emission system to verify all emission components were working within specifications and properly, as the check engine light would turn on and the stationary regeneration cycle would be aborted if there were any issues during this process - the truck completed the stationary regeneration cycle without incidentFurther, *** *** was given the opportunity to purchase an optional extended warranty with emissions system coverage that he declined and signed documents assuming full responsibility for any repairs not covered by the free Arrow limited warranty and took ownership of the truckThe first time that *** *** *** approached Arrow with a complaint with the emission system was on 07/12/to inform us that his truck had failed the NJ State Emissions test and that a *** dealer had given him an estimate of about $11,to repair itI mentioned to him that there were repair facilities that were able to possibly repair his truck for considerably less, but that he has to take responsibility for any repairs as it was way past the day limitEmission related problems occur at any time and I explained to *** *** that I could give referrals to shops that have successfully fixed such emission related problems for much less than the estimated $11,*** *** was not willing to listen and stated that I would hear from Revdex.com and that he had nothing further to say and walked out of my office

Revdex.comOnce again like always we seem to have a misunderstanding(Arrow truck Sale) my sale Rep form to tell his manager Dan that I contacted him about this situation in April on the 27th day of 2016,is when the truck went through inspection and failed. 7/12/2016 I went to the [redacted] dealer to get a idea on what was need to pass the Nj emissions test Every time I call my sales Rep Mark there is always a problem or he never calls back about the situation. I first contacted My sales are in 4/27/2016 the day the truck failed emissions. The truck at the time had 589000 miles on it and it was purchase at 572000 and the problem was within the 90 days Arrow calm to give me and under there policy. I have a copy of all paperwork from the failure the date and the reason for not passing. So it's not possible for anyone to check emissions in a parking at a use truck sale nothing ever work the system at purchase was not working [redacted] dealer said that the system with crack within you had to take it a part to see. So by there policy and everything was done right on my end and Arrow truck sale is responsible. Please get copy of paperwork from the above License NJ Motor Vechicle Services Diesel Emissions inspection Center or I could email over along with April bank statement former proof of my 4/27/2016 payment
