Review: On or about June 10, 2013, I called Arrow Paving Inc. from a yellow page ad looking for someone to put pavers in my driveway. Arrow Paving sent [redacted] to me. I entered into a contract with [redacted] to install pavers. I paid $6100.00 towards the $12,500.00 agreed upon in the written contract. [redacted] only did the prep work to my driveway. NO PAVERS WERE EVER DELIVERED! He has never returned to finish the job. He will not answer his phone. ARROW PAVING INC will not stand behind their referral. They sent an unlicensed contractor to me even though their yellow page ad says that they are licensed and fully insured. I want Arrow Paving to remedy this situation.

I would like Arrow Paving Inc. to explain why our name and telephone number was supplied to [redacted], an unlicensed contractor, when we called Arrow Paving Inc. specifically asking for pavers to be installed. Arrow Paving Inc. denies knowing how [redacted] got our name and telephone number. They deny any responsibility in this botched job. I have asked Arrow Paving Inc to send someone to evaluate and complete this project. They have stated they will not send anyone.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT ACCEPT the response from the business.)
I called what I thought was a reliable paving company and never would have thought that Arrow Paving would send an unlicensed contractor to my house. Arrow Paving has not stood behind the contractor they sent. They have made NO attempt to help solve this situation. They even went as far as to deny their referral to me. How can a reputable business operate this way? They promised to send someone to check the work being done and never showed up. The receptionist was rude on the phone and at one point even hung up on me. Their advertisement states that they are a fully licensed and insured company yet they sent an unlicensed contractor. I am 82 years old and I feel that Arrow Paving has taken advantage of me.
