Arrow Gift Shop

I bought a pair of Peace Moccasins from this business about 3 months ago. They were NOT a cheap pair of moccasins & despite not wearing them the 1st moth they are starting to fall apart now. I attempted to contact Arrow Gifts about this problem to see iwhat could be done, but there is no way to do so except by making a long distance call. I am unwilling to do this, as their stated Return Policy says they will not accept any Worn items, the original box must be in tact & there is a charge for the return!! I would have been satisfied with some information on appealing to the manufacturer or ANY constructive alternative, but apparently they don't offer any recourse at all to Customers! NOT a very good Business Practice!
